      2024 年 GB175—2023《通用硅酸盐水泥》实施后,联合闭路粉磨系统生产 P·O 42.5 水泥时易出现 45 μm 筛余达标但比表面积骤降的问题。本文以济宁山水水泥联合闭路粉磨系统为例,基于分别粉磨理念,通过熟料粉性能试验确定其最佳控制指标,采用熟料细磨 + 粉煤灰后掺的工艺优化方案,调控各环节参数。实践结果表明,成品水泥 45 μm 筛余稳定在 6%~7%、比表面积 370~390 m²/kg,均满足新国标要求,系统产量达 200 t/h、电耗 29 kWh/t,水泥强度指标提升,实现了质量、产能与能耗的优化。

      After the implementation of GB175—2023 "Common Portland Cement" in 2024, the production of P·O 42.5 cement using a combined closed-circuit grinding system often encounters the problem of meeting the 45 μm sieve residue standard but experiencing a sharp decrease in specific surface area. Taking the Jining Shanshui Cement combined closed-circuit grinding system as an example, based on the concept of separate grinding, this paper determines the optimal control indicators through clinker powder performance tests. It adopts an optimized process scheme of clinker fine grinding followed by fly ash blending to regulate parameters in each link. The practical results show that the finished cement maintains a stable 45 μm sieve residue of 6% to 7% and a specific surface area of 370 to 390 m²/kg, both meeting the requirements of the new national standard. The system achieves a production capacity of 200 t/h and a power consumption of 29 kWh/t, with improved cement strength indicators, thus realizing the optimization of quality, productivity, and energy consumption.
