| Our company's cement production line employs a closed-circuit combined grinding system. During actual production, the roller press, a core equipment in the pre-grinding system, experiences unstable operation, frequent trips, and low production efficiency. Therefore, during the maintenance period, our company installed a spreading plate on the steady flow silo, replaced the roller press feeding device with a DHS curved hyperbolic type, and upgraded the SPC hydraulic control system. After the transformation, the stability of the pre-grinding system has been significantly improved, with the production of P·O 42.5 cement increasing by about 5 to 15 t/h, and the proportion of particles smaller than 80 μm in the discharged material increasing by about 9.3%. |
