      我公司水泥生产线为闭路联合粉磨系统,在实际生产过程中,预粉磨系统中的核心设备辊压机运行不稳定,频繁跳停,生产效率低。因此我公司在检修期间,对稳流仓加装撒料盘、将辊压机进料装置更换为DHS弧形双曲线型、升级SPC液压控制系统,改造后预粉磨系统稳定性大幅提升,P·O 42.5水泥产量提高约5~15 t/h,出辊物料小于80 μm颗粒占比提升约9.3%。
英文摘要:
      Our company's cement production line employs a closed-circuit combined grinding system. During actual production, the roller press, a core equipment in the pre-grinding system, experiences unstable operation, frequent trips, and low production efficiency. Therefore, during the maintenance period, our company installed a spreading plate on the steady flow silo, replaced the roller press feeding device with a DHS curved hyperbolic type, and upgraded the SPC hydraulic control system. After the transformation, the stability of the pre-grinding system has been significantly improved, with the production of P·O 42.5 cement increasing by about 5 to 15 t/h, and the proportion of particles smaller than 80 μm in the discharged material increasing by about 9.3%.
