      为解决水泥熟料生产能耗高、碳排放量大及传统燃料成本高等问题,本文分析了将废旧轮胎裂解产物——轮胎裂解油与炭黑,作为一体化替代燃料组合在水泥回转窑点火升温及常态化生产运行中应用的技术可行性、工艺适配性及综合效益。研究指出,裂解油具有高热值液体燃料特性,炭黑则作为高含碳固体燃料,两者协同可实现轮胎资源的全组分利用。通过针对性的预处理工艺、燃烧系统改造及精准的过程控制策略,该燃料组合能够稳定、高效地替代传统煤粉和柴油,覆盖从水泥窑系统启动到满负荷运行的全工况。

      To address challenges such as high energy consumption, significant carbon emissions, and rising costs of traditional fuels in cement clinker production, this paper analyzes and investigates the technical feasibility, process adaptability, and comprehensive benefits of utilizing integrated alternative fuel combinations derived from waste tire pyrolysis—namely tire pyrolysis oil and carbon black—in the ignition, temperature ramp-up, and routine production operations of cement rotary kilns. The study indicates that pyrolysis oil exhibits characteristics of a high-calorific-value liquid fuel, while carbon black functions as a high-carbon solid fuel. Their synergistic application enables the full-component utilization of tire resources. Through targeted pretreatment processes, modifications to the combustion system, and precise process control strategies, this fuel combination can stably and efficiently replace traditional coal powder and diesel, covering all operating conditions from system startup to full-load operation of the cement kiln.
