      当前市场上,水泥矿山破碎系统较多采用定距波辊,波辊筛的波辊间距一旦确定并投入制作,便无法再进行调整。为实现波辊筛的调距功能,需要对原有的轴承座进行机械加工处理,将其改造为可沿滑轨移动的滑动式轴承座以及无滑道的固定式轴承座。文章介绍了多用途波辊筛的改造方案,包括滑动轴承座的设计及机架改造,调距系统设计及链条张紧机构设计。以某水泥企业为例,分析了多用途波辊筛的改造效果。

      In the current market, the crushing systems in cement mines often utilize roller screens with fixed-gap rollers. Once the spacing of these rollers is determined and the screens are manufactured, it becomes impossible to adjust the gaps. To enable adjustable spacing for roller screens, it is necessary to mechanically modify the original bearing seats, transforming them into sliding bearing seats that can move along sliding rails and fixed bearing seats without sliding mechanisms. The article introduces the renovation plan for the multi-purpose wave roller screen, including the design of the sliding bearing housing and the modification of the frame, the design of the distance adjustment system, and the design of the chain tensioning mechanism. Taking a cement enterprise as an example, it analyzes the renovation effect of the multi-purpose wave roller screen.
