| The disc body is a key component involved in the grinding process of a vertical roller mill, and its structural stability and reliability directly affect the continuity and stability of equipment operation. Based on a practical case from a certain factory, this article analyzes aspects such as disc body material, equipment body, usage and operation, and design strength, combined with technical means such as temperature and vibration measurement. By identifying and solving problems, it provides a feasible solution for similar equipment disc body failure issues. |
