      篦冷机是水泥熟料烧成系统中的关键设备,目前主流四代篦冷机的篦床和篦板结构、风室划分及风室配风等还存在优化空间,可通过优化进一步降低篦冷机电耗,提高热回收效率。相较数值模拟,实验研究能模仿生产中的实际场景,研究结果准确性更高,能有效指导生产和篦冷机设计。本文介绍了一种小而精的实验平台系统,并对该系统的详细结构、工艺布置及可做的实验内容等作了详尽的阐述,最后进一步说明了该实验平台系统的特点。
英文摘要:
      The grate cooler is a key equipment in the cement clinker burning system. Currently, there is still room for optimization in the structure of the grate bed and grate plate, the division of air chambers, and the air distribution within the air chambers of the mainstream fourth-generation grate coolers. Further optimization can reduce the power consumption of the grate cooler and improve the heat recovery efficiency. Compared with numerical simulation analysis, experimental research can simulate actual scenarios in production, resulting in higher accuracy of research results and effectively guiding production and the design of the grate cooler. This article describes a small yet sophisticated experimental platform system, and provides a detailed elaboration on the system's detailed structure, process layout, and experimental content that can be conducted. Finally, it further explains the characteristics of this experimental platform system.
