| 当前市场上大多数水泥降铬剂的主要成分是硫酸亚铁。由于水泥库内温度高,一些降铬剂在加入水泥后易被氧化而失去降铬作用。本文实验以硫酸亚铁为主要原料,通过掺配抗氧化剂、辅助还原剂,采用真空干燥等方式降低降铬剂在制作和使用过程中被氧化的风险,确保其在水泥生产应用中达到长期稳定的降铬效果。 |

| The main component of most chromium-reducing agents currently available on the market is ferrous sulfate. Due to the high temperature inside cement silos, some chromium-reducing agents are prone to oxidation after being added to cement, thereby losing their chromium-reducing effect. In this experiment, ferrous sulfate is used as the main raw material. By incorporating antioxidants and auxiliary reducing agents, and using vacuum drying methods, the risk of oxidation of the chromium-reducing agent during production and use is reduced, ensuring long-term and stable chromium-reducing effects in cement production applications. |
