      石灰石中的结晶硅对生料的易烧性及烧制熟料的质量影响很大,本文选用红狮控股集团下属子公司矿山不同开采区域的石灰石,对其进行配料和分析,探究制备优质熟料的不同结晶硅石灰石搭配比例。研究结果表明:石灰石中的结晶硅可显著降低生料的易烧性,配料时高结晶硅石灰石掺量不宜过大,A区和C区石灰石搭配使用,C区石灰石掺量≤石灰石总量的1/5;B区和C区石灰石搭配使用,C区石灰石掺量≤石灰石总量的6/11;A、B、C区三种石灰石同时使用,不超过石灰石总量的1/3。此时制备的熟料28 d抗压强度达到59.0 MPa以上,满足熟料质量要求。

      The crystalline silicon in limestone and its content have a significant impact on the fusibility of raw materials and the quality of clinker produced. In this paper, limestone from different mining areas of a subsidiary of HongShi Holding Group Co., Ltd was selected for batching and analysis to explore the optimal proportion of limestone with different crystalline silicon contents for preparing high-quality clinker. The research results show that crystalline silicon in limestone can significantly reduce the burnability of raw materials.The proportion of high-crystalline silicon limestone should not be too large when batching. The proportion of limestone from Area C should not exceed 1/5 of the total limestone from Area A and Area C. The proportion of limestone from Area C should not exceed 6/11 of the total limestone from Area B and Area C. The proportion should not exceed 1/6 of the total limestone from Area A、B and Area C simultaneously. The 28 d compressive strength of the clinker prepared reaches above 59.0 MPa under these conditions which meets the quality requirements of clinker.
