| 本文针对我公司丰富的硬质页岩及碳质页岩矿山资源,开展了其作为水泥混合材的活化及应用研究。通过实验室试验、不同掺量影响试验及小型中试,系统探究了煅烧温度、掺量及磷石膏掺加对页岩活性及水泥性能的影响,并验证了篦冷机协同活化页岩作混合材的可行性。结果表明,页岩在 800~900 ℃煅烧时活性最佳,28 d活性指数最高可达77.0%;该温度区间与篦冷机I段- II 段温度契合,协同煅烧具备工艺适配性;中试中3%~5%掺量的烧页岩对水泥工作性能和力学性能影响可控,4%掺量时抗压强度表现最优。 |

| This paper focuses on the activation and application of abundant hard shale and carbonaceous shale resources in enterprise mines as cement admixtures. Through laboratory tests, different dosage impact tests, and small-scale pilot tests, the effects of calcination temperature, dosage, and phosphogypsum addition on shale activity and cement performance were systematically investigated, and the feasibility of shale activation in conjunction with a grate cooler was verified. The results showed that shale has the best activity when calcined at 800~900 ℃, with a maximum activity index of 77.0% after 28 d; this temperature range aligns with the temperature of Section I-Section II of the grate cooler, indicating process adaptability for collaborative calcination; in pilot tests, the impact of 3%~5% shale on cement workability and mechanical properties is controllable, with the best compressive strength performance at a 4% dosage. |
