      为了提高氧化铝厂脱硫灰的资源回收利用率,将其在预分解窑窑头掺入进行无害化处置,探索确定掺入量。实践表明,以熟料中SO3含量≤1.1%,熟料28 d强度不下降为前提,控制脱硫灰掺入量 ,调整煅烧制度,烧制出的硅酸盐水泥熟料性能满足《硅酸盐水泥熟料》(GB/T21372—2024)要求,SO2排放浓度受控 ;脱硫灰掺入≤1.2 t/h,窑运行稳定,掺入量≥1.5 t/h,热工制度波动大,二次风温下降显著,熟料标煤耗、工段电耗、运营成本上升。

      In order to improve the resource recovery and utilization rate of desulfurization ash from alumina plants, it is blended into the precalciner kiln head for harmless disposal, and the blending amount is explored and determined. Practice has shown that, under the premise of SO3 content in clinker being ≤1.1% and the 28 d strength of clinker not decreasing, the blending amount of desulfurization ash is controlled, and the calcination system is adjusted; the performance of the produced Portland cement clinker meets the requirements of "Portland Cement Clinker"(GB/T 21372—2024), and the SO2 emission concentration is controlled; when the blending amount of desulfurization ash is ≤1.2 t/h, the kiln operates stably; when the blending amount is ≥1.5 t/h, the thermal system fluctuates greatly, the secondary air temperature drops significantly, and the standard coal consumption of clinker, power consumption of the workshop section, and operating costs increase.
