| 结合电子吸附水泥、矿粉、粉煤灰等粉尘颗粒的性能,研究新型无尘砂浆技术应用在水泥基陶瓷粘结剂中对各项性能的影响,减少在生产及使用过程中粉尘的扩散。试验测试水泥基陶瓷粘结剂:拉伸粘结强度、晾置时间后拉伸粘结强度、浸水后拉伸粘结强度、热老化后拉伸粘结强度、冻融循环后拉伸粘结强度等各项指标的变化。为新型无尘砂浆技术的推广及在水泥基陶瓷粘结剂的应用提供一些技术参考。 |

| This article introduces a new type of dust-free mortar technology, which preprocesses the dry powder mortar aggregate sand to achieve physical bonding and electronic adsorption of dust particles such as cement, mineral powder, and fly ash on its surface, thereby reducing the diffusion of dust during production and use. The main research focuses on the application of new dust-free mortar technology in cement-based ceramic binders, and the impact on various properties. Experimental testing of cement-based ceramic adhesives: changes in tensile bonding strength, tensile bonding strength after drying time, tensile bonding strength after immersion in water, tensile bonding strength after thermal aging, and tensile bonding strength after freeze-thaw cycles. This study provides some technical references for the promotion of new dust-free mortar technology and its application in cement-based ceramic binders. |
