      固碳加气混凝土是建材行业推进“碳中和”目标实现的重要技术路径。本文以钢渣粉、水泥、石灰等为原料,经碳化养护制备固碳加气混凝土,探究外加剂对其干密度、抗压强度及固碳量的影响。结果表明:适量外加剂可优化固碳加气混凝土性能,其中油酸-三乙醇胺型稳泡剂、聚羧酸减水剂、无水硫酸钠早强剂的最佳掺量分别为0.08%、0.68%、2%,在此掺量下,固碳加气混凝土干密度 645 kg/m³,抗压强度4.6 MPa,固碳量达12.75%。

      Carbon-sequestering aerated concrete is a crucial technical approach for the building materials industry to advance the achievement of the "carbon neutrality" goal. In this paper, carbon-sequestering aerated concrete was prepared via carbonation curing using raw materials such as steel slag powder, cement, and lime, and the effects of admixtures on its dry density, compressive strength, and carbon sequestration capacity were investigated. The results show that appropriate admixtures can optimize the properties of carbon-sequestering aerated concrete: the optimal dosages of the oleic acid-triethanolamine type foam stabilizer, polycarboxylate superplasticizer, and anhydrous sodium sulfate early-strength agent are 0.08%, 0.68%, and 2%, respectively. Under these optimal dosages, the carbon-sequestering aerated concrete exhibits a dry density of 645 kg/m3, a compressive strength of 4.6 MPa, and a carbon sequestration capacity of 12.75%.
