| 广西某建材公司MB值检测结果与客户反馈结果差异较大,成因不明。本文以8种品牌的亚甲基蓝试剂为研究对象,采用定量核磁法(qNMR)与重铬酸钾法联合开展试剂亚甲基蓝含量检测,旨在探究亚甲基蓝试剂对MB 值检测结果的影响机制。结果表明,定量核磁法与重铬酸钾法的检测趋势基本一致,验证了检测方法的可靠性;8种试剂中仅2种试剂纯度接近国家标准要求(≥98.5%),整体纯度达标率较低;试剂亚甲基蓝含量检测结果与MB值检测结果呈强负相关(R²=0.998 4),即试剂纯度越低,MB值检测结果越高,纯度不达标是导致MB值检测波动的核心因素。 |

| There are substantial discrepancies between the MB value detection results of a building materials company in Guangxi and the customer feedback, with unknown causes. This study focuses on 8 brands of methylene blue reagents, employing a combination of quantitative nuclear magnetic resonance (qNMR) and potassium dichromate method for determining methylene blue content in reagents, to investigate the mechanism by which reagents affect MB value detection results.The results reveal that: First, the detection trends of qNMR and potassium dichromate method are basically consistent, confirming the reliability of these methods. Second, only 2 out of the 8 reagents have purities close to the national standard requirement (≥98.5%), leading to a low overall compliance rate. Third, the methylene blue content in reagents shows a strong negative correlation with MB value detection results (R²=0.998 4) — specifically, the lower the reagent purity, the higher the MB value detected. Substandard purity is thus identified as the core factor causing fluctuations in MB value detection. |
