| 本文研究了水玻璃-氢氧化钙复合激发剂对碱矿渣(AAS)砂浆抗压强度和干燥收缩的影响,并通过热重和压汞法分析了复合激发剂的作用机制。用氢氧化钙替代水玻璃会降低水化产物的数量,进而增加体系内的自由水含量,导致质量损失增大,内部相对湿度降低。此外,AAS试样的孔隙率增大,25 nm以下孔比例降低,干燥收缩得到改善。采用氢氧化钙取代水玻璃并提高碱当量可改善AAS砂浆干燥收缩,同时其抗压强度与水玻璃激发的AAS砂浆相近。 |

| The effects of water glass and calcium hydroxide on the compressive strength and dry shrinkage of alkali activated slag (AAS) mortar were studied, and the mechanism of composite activator on AAS mortar was analyzed by thermogravimetric analysis and mercury intrusion method. The obtained results showed that replacing sodium silicate with calcium hydroxide would reduce the amount of hydration product and increase the free water content in the system, resulting in greater mass loss and lower internal relative humidity. In addition, the porosity of AAS sample increased and the proportion of pores below 25 nm reduced, resulting decreases of the drying shrinkage of AAS mortar. The dry shrinkage of AAS mortar could be improved by replacing sodium silicate with calcium hydroxide and increasing the alkali content, and its compressive strength was similar to that of AAS mortar activated by water glass. |
