| 为探究生料外加剂对水泥生料粉体的活化机制及其节能降耗路径,本研究基于5 000 t/d新型干法水泥生产线,评估了自主研发液体生料外加剂产品的工业应用效果。结果表明,使用生料外加剂后生料磨台时产量提高23 t/h,电耗降低0.73 kW·h/t,熟料烧成系统吨熟料标煤耗降低3.44 kg/t。并通过激光粒度分析、表面张力等表征手段及悬浮炉实验,揭示了生料外加剂优化生料颗粒级配、改善粉体表面活性与流动性、强化热交换效率等活化作用,这些活化作用在生产应用中转化为助磨提产与节煤降耗效益。 |

| To explore the activation mechanism of raw meal admixtures on cement raw meal powder and its energy-saving and consumption-reducing pathways, this study evaluated the industrial application effects of a self-developed liquid raw meal admixture product based on a 50000 t/d new dry cement production line. The results showed that the use of raw meal admixtures increased the output per hour of raw meal grinding by 23 t/h, reduced power consumption by 0.73 kWh/t, and decreased the standard coal consumption per ton of clinker in the clinker burning system by 3.44 kg/t. Through characterization methods such as laser particle size analysis and surface tension measurement, as well as suspension furnace experiments, the activating effects of raw material additives on optimizing the particle size distribution of raw materials, improving the surface activity and fluidity of powders, and enhancing heat exchange efficiency were revealed. These activating effects are translated into benefits in grinding assistance, production increase, coal saving, and consumption reduction in production applications. |
