      本文针对水泥生料配料中混掺铁尾矿进行了试验研究,优化了混掺铁尾矿的水泥生料配料的煅烧工艺。结果表明,铁尾矿在水泥生料配料中的最佳掺量为3%,混掺铁尾矿的水泥生料配料的最佳煅烧工艺为煅烧温度10400 ℃、煅烧时间25 min。同时,在最佳掺量和最佳煅烧工艺下进行试验室量产水泥熟料,最终水泥熟料化学组成的质量分数和物理力学性能满足GB/T 21372—2024《硅酸盐水泥熟料》标准要求。
英文摘要:
      In this paper, the mixing of iron tailings in cement raw material was studied and the calcination process of cement raw material was optimized.The results indicate that the optimal iron tailings content is 3%, and the optimal calcination process for cement raw meal blended with iron tailings is 1 400 ℃ for 25 min.Meanwhile, laboratory-scale production of cement clinker was conducted under optimal blending ratios and calcination processes, with the resulting clinker's chemical composition and physical-mechanical properties fully complying with the GB/T 21372—2024 standard for Portland cement clinker.
