      冀东水泥滦州公司 4 000 t/d 熟料生产线配套 2 台日本 UBE UM46-4 型立磨系统,因设备运行超 20 年,出现故障率升高、系统稳定性下降、电耗偏高等问题。为实现节能降耗与 “双碳” 目标,公司实施单台立磨替换为辊压机终粉磨系统的改造。改造后,生料粉磨台时产量从 230 t/h 提升至 270 t/h,生料粉磨工段电耗从 23.4 kWh/t 降至 18.0 kWh/t;按年产 70 万 t 生料计算,年节电量达 378 万 kWh,直接节省电费 226.8 万元,年减少二氧化碳排放 20155.7 t。该改造在提升设备可靠性、降低维护成本的同时,实现了经济效益与社会效益的统一,为水泥行业老旧粉磨系统升级提供了可以借鉴的实践方案。
英文摘要:
      The Jidong Cement Luanzhou Company operates a 4 000 t/d clinker production line equipped with two Japanese UBE UM46-4 vertical mills. After over 20 years of operation, the equipment has experienced increased failure rates, reduced system stability, and high power consumption. To achieve energy conservation, reduce consumption, and meet the "dual carbon" goals, the company implemented a retrofit, replacing one of the vertical mills with a roller press final grinding system. Following the retrofit, the hourly output of raw meal grinding increased from 230 t/h to 270 t/h , while the power consumption of the raw meal grinding section decreased from 23.4 kWh/t to 18.0 kWh/t. Based on an annual raw meal production of 700 000 t, the annual electricity savings reached 3.78 million kWh, directly reducing electricity costs by 2.268 million yuan and cutting carbon dioxide emissions by 2 155.7 t per year. This retrofit not only improved equipment reliability and reduced maintenance costs but also achieved a balance between economic and social benefits. It provides a practical reference for upgrading outdated grinding systems in the cement industry.
