      随着水泥行业超低排放政策的逐步实施,各水泥企业必须实施超低排放改造以达到氮氧化物排放浓度≤50 mg/m3的要求。本文以国内某2 500 t/d水泥熟料生产线为例,采用高温高尘SCR脱硝技术改造,介绍了技术方案、运行成本分析以及实际运行效果。SCR脱硝系统整体运行良好,达到了设计目标要求,具有较好的推广应用前景。

      With the gradual implementation of ultra-low emission policies in the cement industry, each cement enterprise must carry out ultra-low emission renovations to meet the requirement of nitrogen oxide emission concentration≤50 mg/m3. Taking a domestic 2 500 t/d cement clinker production line as an example, this paper introduces the technical scheme, operation cost analysis and actual operation results of the high-temperature and high-dust SCR denitrification technology. The SCR denitrification system operates well, meets the design objectives, and has a good prospect of popularization and application.
