| 本文以陇南祁连山水泥有限公司渭子沟东石灰岩矿为工程背景,系统论述了大型露天石灰岩矿山安全设施设计的全过程。在充分分析矿区地质条件、开采技术条件及主要安全风险的基础上,遵循国家现行法律法规与技术标准,对露天采场、边坡稳定、爆破安全、矿岩运输、防排水系统、供配电、智能矿山及安全管理等关键环节进行了专项安全设施设计。重点研究了高边坡稳定性分析与监测、公路-溜井平硐联合开拓运输系统的安全对策、以及复杂条件下爆破危害控制等技术难题。通过采用预裂爆破、边坡在线监测、全封闭带式输送机廊道、自动化控制等先进技术及设施,构建了一套完整、可靠的安全保障体系。该设计旨在从源头上控制开采过程中的各类安全风险,为矿山基建与未来33年的安全生产提供技术支撑,对同类矿山的安全生产设计具有重要的参考价值。 |

| This paper systematically expounds the whole process of safety facilities design for large open-pit limestone mine based on the Wenzig East Limestone Mine of Gannan Qilian Mountain Cement Co., Ltd. On the basis of a full analysis of the geological conditions of the mine area, mining technology conditions and the main safety risks, the key links such as open-pit mining, slope stability, blasting safety, mine rock transportation, drainage system, power supply and, intelligent mine and safety management are designed for safety facilities in accordance with the current national laws and regulations and technical standards. The technical difficulties such as high slope stability analysis and monitoring safety countermeasures for road-shaft combined mining and transportation system, and blasting hazard control in complex conditions are studied emphatically. By adopting a series of advanced and facilities such as pre-fracture blasting, slope online monitoring, fully enclosed belt conveyor corridor, and automated control, a complete and reliable safety assurance system is constructed The design aims to control various safety risks in the mining process from the source, and provide technical support for the mine construction and safe production in the future 33 years, which has important reference value for the safety production design of similar mines. |
