| 水泥工厂属于典型的建材产品生产企业，出于原材料储存的需要，通常建有大跨度拱形煤棚。由于煤属于易燃固体有机岩材料，煤棚存在专门的防火需求，其防火措施值得研究。探讨了相关防火规范的设计要求及现实存在的执行偏差或者规范内容的可操作性不强，提出了针对拱形空间网架煤棚的防火设计措施，包括将拱形断面划分为拟柱区和屋盖区、选择烃类升温曲线开展防火计算、结合已有规范给出疑难解决思路，供相关技术人员对水泥厂或其他行业拱形煤棚的防火设计技术作参考与借鉴使用。 |

| Cement factories are typical building materials production enterprises， usually built with large-span arched coal sheds for the storage of raw materials. Due to the fact that coal is a flammable solid organic rock material， there are specific fire prevention requirements for coal sheds， and their fire prevention measures are worth studying. Explored the design requirements of relevant fire prevention regulations and the existing implementation deviations or weak operability of regulatory content， and proposed fire prevention design measures for arched space grid coal sheds. Divide the arched section into a column zone and a roof zone， provide recommendations for selecting the heating curve， and combine existing standards to provide difficult solutions for relevant technical personnel to refer to and use in the fire protection design technology of arched coal sheds in cement plants or other industries. |
