| 为响应 “双碳” 目标与环保要求,解决水泥行业矿山运输中传统内燃机车污染高、成本高、效率低的痛点,葛洲坝老河口水泥有限公司联合相关单位研发应用新能源智能轨道电动机车。该机车以磷酸铁锂电池组 + 大功率电机为核心动力,采用 “换电为主、快充为辅” 补能模式,适配重载、长距、高频运输需求。集成智能安全控制、远程运维等系统,搭配信息化管理平台,实现运输安全与效率提升。对比传统内燃机车,实现了零碳排放,年运行成本降低 80%,人工成本与维保频率显著下降,为工矿企业运输装备 “油改电” 转型提供了可复制的技术路径与实践经验。 |

| In response to the “dual carbon” target and environmental protection requirements, and to address the pain points of high pollution, high cost, and low efficiency associated with traditional diesel locomotives in mining transportation within the cement industry, Gezhouba Laohekou Cement Co., Ltd. has collaborated with relevant units to develop and apply new energy intelligent rail electric locomotives. This locomotive utilizes a lithium iron phosphate battery pack and a high-power motor as its core power source, and adopts a “battery swapping as the primary method, supplemented by fast charging” energy replenishment mode, catering to heavy-haul, long-distance, and high-frequency transportation needs. Integrated with intelligent safety control, remote operation and maintenance systems, and paired with an information management platform, it enhances transportation safety and efficiency. Compared to traditional diesel locomotives, it achieves zero carbon emissions, reduces annual operating costs by 80%, significantly reduces labor costs and maintenance frequency, and provides a replicable technical path and practical experience for the “oil-to-electric” transformation of transportation equipment in industrial and mining enterprises. |
