| 为解决石灰石尾矿中碱含量偏高影响生产供应和质量搭配的问题，在原有移动破碎机的框架上新增并合理布置板式喂料机、波动辊式筛分机和输送带等，采用工业设计理念研发出新型移动筛分机，该产品兼备重型给料、筛分分级功能。通过物理分选原理从混爆物料中高效提取矿石。实践表明，设备可使用回收率显著提升，每年回收矿石 97 万t，降低矿石碱含量 0.3% 以上，为移动破碎设备应用提供新方向。 |

| To address the issue of high alkali content in limestone tailings affecting production supply and quality matching， a new mobile screening machine was developed based on industrial design principles by adding and reasonably arranging a plate feeder， a fluctuating roller screen， and a conveyor belt on the framework of the existing mobile crusher. This product combines heavy-duty feeding， screening， and grading functions. It efficiently extracts ore from mixed and exploded materials through physical separation principles. Practice has shown that the equipment significantly improves recovery rates， recovering 9700000 t of ore annually and reducing the alkali content of ore by more than 0.3%. This provides a new direction for the application of mobile crushing equipment. |
