| 本文以匈牙利 NOSTRA 2 500 t/d 干法水泥生产线为研究对象,针对其混合料输送系统存在的问题展开深入研究。首先,从理论层面分析粘性物料的物理和力学特性,基于散体力学构建堵塞问题的力学模型,并推导排料口尺寸计算公式。接着,详细剖析该生产线初始设计中溜子结构缺陷和定量给料机 PID 控制难题。随后,通过增大出料口面积、安装助流衬板等措施对溜子结构进行优化,提出将定量给料机和喂料溜子整体称重的方案以优化 PID 控制。研究结果表明,这些优化措施有效解决了粘性物料输送堵塞和定量给料机 PID 调节困难的问题。 |

| This paper takes the Hungarian NOSTRA 2 500 t/d dry-process cement production line as the research object and conducts an in-depth study on the problems existing in its mixture conveying system. Firstly, it analyzes the physical and mechanical properties of viscous materials from a theoretical perspective, establishes a mechanical model for the blocking problem based on bulk solid mechanics, and derives the calculation formula for the discharge port size. Then, it details the structural defects of the chute in the initial design of the production line and the PID control difficulties of the quantitative feeder. Subsequently, the chute structure is optimized by increasing the discharge port area and installing flow-aiding liners, and a scheme of integral weighing of the quantitative feeder and the feeding chute is proposed to optimize PID control. The research results show that these optimization measures effectively solve the problems of blocking in viscous material transportation and difficult PID adjustment of the quantitative feeder. |
