      尼日利亚ITORI项目光伏发电孤网系统原设计方案中,由于储能系统带载能力有限,在三相电动机类负载启动时易触发PCS过流故障跳闸,导致储能退出、电网解列,项目无法正常供电。文章介绍了光伏发电孤网控制的另一种方式,采用“柴油发电机作为主电源,储能并网模式,起削峰填谷作用”的新控制模式,对并网柜图纸接线、参数修改等进行了调整,并对改造进行技术、经济分析。
英文摘要:
      In the original design of the PV off-grid system for the Nigerian ITORI project, the limited load-bearing capacity of the energy storage system frequently triggered overcurrent fault trips in the PCS during the startup of three-phase motor loads. This led to the disconnection of the energy storage system, grid separation, and an inability to supply power normally. The article introduces an alternative control approach for PV off-grid systems, adopting a new control mode where "the diesel generator serves as the primary power source, while the energy storage operates in grid-connected mode to perform peak shaving and valley filling functions." Adjustments were made to the wiring of the grid-connected cabinet diagrams and parameter modifications, followed by technical and economic analyses of the retrofit.
