      国内水泥行业目前主流的SCR技术路线主要有高温高尘、高温中尘、高温低尘、中温中尘,在实际应用过程中,高温低尘技术由于将99.99%的C1出口烟气粉尘回收,面临高温灰回灰输送问题,本文针对水泥行业水泥窑尾高温灰输送提出5种输灰技术路线,实际应用案例分析表明,各技术路线有各自的优缺点,各水泥厂可根据投资预算、现场场地情况、生产工艺情况合理选择合适的输灰技术路线。

      In response to the ultra-low emission requirements in the cement industry, the mainstream SCR technology routes currently adopted in China mainly include high-temperature high-dust, high-temperature medium-dust, high-temperature low-dust, and medium-temperature medium-dust approaches. In practical applications, the high-temperature low-dust technology, which recovers 99.99% of the flue gas from the C1 outlet, faces challenges related to the conveyance of high-temperature dust. This paper proposes five technical routes for conveying high-temperature dust in cement kiln exhaust systems. Case studies from practical applications indicate that each technical route has its own advantages and disadvantages. Cement plants can select the appropriate dust conveyance technology based on their investment budget, site conditions, and production process requirements.
