      某水泥厂原有2 500 t/d预分解系统,熟料标煤耗平均为107.4 kg/t,熟料产量均值为3 105 t/d,C1出口温度约为344 ℃,C1出口负压约为-6 131 Pa,系统产量较低、煤耗高,C1出口温度偏高。为达到提产降耗的目标,对分解炉、鹅颈管、烟室缩口、锁风阀、旋风筒进口及内筒、废气管道等部位进行了一系列改造。改造后熟料产量大于3 600 t/d,标煤耗小于100 kg/t,C1出口温度小于330 ℃,C1出口负压小于5 300 Pa,实现国家二级能耗指标,与类似水泥生产线技术改造相比处于较为先进水平。

      A cement plant originally operated a 2 500 t/d pre-calcination system, with an average standard coal consumption of 107.4 kg/t of clinker and a daily clinker output averaging 3 105 tons. The temperature at the C1 outlet was approximately 344 ℃, and the negative pressure at the C1 outlet was around -6 131 Pa. The system suffered from low output, high coal consumption, and elevated outlet temperatures. To achieve the goals of increasing output and reducing consumption, a series of modifications were implemented, including adjustments to the calciner, goose neck pipe, furnace vent, air lock valves, cyclone inlet and inner cylinder, and exhaust ducts. After the transformation, the clinker output is expected to exceed 3 600 t/d, with standard coal consumption reduced to less than 100 kg/t. The temperature at the C1 outlet should be below 330 ℃, and the negative pressure at the C1 outlet should be less than 5 300 Pa. These improvements will enable the system to meet the national secondary energy consumption standards, positioning it at a relatively advanced level compared to similar technological transformations in cement production lines.
