| Regarding CO2 in the flue gas of the cement industry, A series of catalysts CuxUiO-66 and CuxUiO-66@TiNTy were preparaed by TiO2 nanotube doping and Cu loading on UiO-66 for CO2 catalytic hydrogenation performance study under 250 ℃ and 3 MPa conditions. Scanning electron microscopy was used to investigate the effect of TiO2 nanotube doping on the morphology of CuxUiO-66. Low temperature nitrogen physical adsorption method was used to study the effects of Cu loading and TiO2 nanotube doping on the specific surface area and pore volume of the catalyst. A catalyst evaluation device was used to investigate the composite of TiO2 nanotubes and UiO-66, the doping amount of TiO2 nanotubes, and the loading amount of active component Cu on the catalytic performance. The mechanism of TiO2 nanotube doping improving the CO2 hydrogenation performance of CuxUiO-66 catalyst for methanol production was studied by analyzing the average particle size and dispersion of active component Cu particles. |
