      为解决燃烧无烟煤水泥熟料生产线 SNCR 脱硝效率低、氨水利用率不高的问题,本文以西南 B 水泥厂 705000t/d 生产线为研究对象,在 C6 旋风筒锥部开展喷枪插入深度与数量的调整测试。通过改变旋风筒锥部喷枪的插入深度及喷枪个数,得到了比较理想的脱硝效果。实验证明在旋风筒内部垂直气流旋向分层布置喷枪,利用分层脱硝的原理,具有较好的脱硝效果;同时分布在旋风筒锥部的喷枪,喷射到稀相区或浓相区进行脱硝反应,均能达到较高的脱硝效率。

      To address the issues of low denitration efficiency and low utilization rate of ammonia water in the SNCR denitration process of the anthracite-fired cement clinker production line, this paper takes the 75000t/d production line of Southwest B Cement Plant as the research object and conducts adjustment tests on the insertion depth and quantity of spray guns at the cone section of the C6 cyclone. By changing the insertion depth and number of spray guns at the cone section of the cyclone, a relatively ideal denitration effect is achieved. The experiment proves that arranging spray guns in a stratified manner according to the vertical airflow direction inside the cyclone and utilizing the principle of stratified denitration can achieve good denitration results. Meanwhile, spray guns distributed at the cone section of the cyclone, when sprayed into the dilute phase area or dense phase area for denitration reaction, can both achieve high denitration efficiency.
