| 针对当前节能减排的新形势,各个水泥企业纷纷采取替代燃料节约传统煤炭化石燃料的消耗。广东FC水泥厂将聚丙烯RDF用作水泥窑替代燃料,文章分析了聚丙烯替代燃料的成分,探讨了替代燃料的使用方式并介绍了替代燃料的使用效果。实践表明,在不超过18.3%的尾煤替代率下,节煤效果达到8.3 kg标准煤,熟料产质量指标均优于其他常见替代燃料,是一种优质的替代燃料。 |

| In response to the current new situation of energy conservation and emission reduction, cement enterprises have widely adopted alternative fuels to reduce the consumption of traditional coal fossil fuels. Guangdong FC Cement Plant utilized polyester fragments as an alternative fuel in cement kilns. This article analyzes the composition of polypropylene alternative fuel, explores its application methods, and introduces the outcomes of its use. Practice has shown that with a substitution rate of pulverized coal not exceeding 18.3%, the coal-saving effect reached 8.3 kg of standard coal. The quality indicators of clinker production were superior to those of other common alternative fuels, demonstrating it as a high-quality alternative fuel. |
