      本文依托我公司已建项目的运行数据,分析了增设阶梯式预燃炉后,对水泥窑替代燃料利用的影响;从尾煤替代率及对窑系统的影响的角度,分析其使用效果。结果表明,增设阶梯式预燃炉后,可增大替代燃料投喂量,提高尾煤替代率,节煤减排效果显著;投加替代燃料后,对熟料产量有一定影响,但可控制在降产2%以内,且不影响熟料质量;对C1出口CO浓度、烟囱出口NOx浓度影响可控,氨水使用量增大较多,后续通过调整阶梯炉最佳停留时间得到改善。

      Based on operational data from our company's existing projects, this study analyzes the impact of incorporating a stepped pre-combustion chamber on the utilization of alternative fuels in cement kilns. The effectiveness of this implementation is evaluated from the perspectives of coal substitution rates and its influence on the kiln system. The results indicate that the addition of a stepped pre-combustion chamber allows for an increased feed rate of alternative fuels, thereby enhancing the coal substitution rate and achieving significant coal savings and emission reductions. While the use of alternative fuels has a certain impact on clinker production, this effect can be controlled within a 2% decrease, without compromising clinker quality. The impacts on CO concentration at the C1 outlet and NOx concentration at the stack are manageable, although ammonia water usage increases significantly. To mitigate these effects, it is recommended to optimize the residence time in the stepped pre-combustion chamber in subsequent adjustments.
