      废弃耐火材料的回收利用对资源节约、环境保护及经济效益提升具有重要意义。本文综述国内外废弃耐火材料回收利用现状:国内技术突破与规模化应用并行,部分技术达到国际领先水平,但整体回收率仅约30%,存在分拣网络不完善等问题;国外已形成成熟体系,回收率普遍70%~80%,政策与技术协同效应显著。同时,介绍了直接、初级、中级、高级四类回收利用技术及应用特点。提出未来需加强技术研发、完善分类管理体系、强化环保监管、拓展再生产品应用领域并深化国际合作,推动产业向高效、绿色、可持续方向发展。

      The recycling and utilization of waste refractory materials are of great significance for resource conservation, environmental protection, and economic benefit enhancement. This paper reviews the current status of waste refractory material recycling and utilization both domestically and internationally: domestic technological breakthroughs and large-scale applications are proceeding in parallel, with some technologies reaching the international leading level, but the overall recovery rate is only about 30%, and there are issues such as an imperfect sorting network; abroad, a mature system has been established, with recovery rates generally ranging from 70% to 80%, and the synergistic effect of policy and technology is significant. At the same time, it introduces four types of recycling and utilization technologies and their application characteristics: direct, primary, intermediate, and advanced. It proposes that in the future, efforts should be made to strengthen technological research and development, improve the classification management system, enhance environmental protection supervision, expand the application fields of recycled products, and deepen international cooperation, in order to promote the industry to develop towards an efficient, green, and sustainable direction.
