      在“双碳”战略目标背景下,水泥工业作为碳排放重点行业,面临前所未有的减排压力。本文系统分析了水泥工业替代燃料和原料(AFR)技术的发展历程,从预处理、协同处理到智能控制等关键环节的技术进展,并结合中材环境的产业实践,深入探讨了全产业链服务模式的构建与实践成效。研究表明,AFR的综合利用成为水泥行业实现绿色低碳转型的最有效路径,而且能创造显著的环境和社会效益,展现出广阔的发展前景。

      Under the "Dual Carbon" strategic goals, the cement industry, as a key carbon-emitting sector, faces unprecedented emission reduction pressure. This paper systematically analyzes the development of Alternative Fuels and Raw Materials (AFR) technology in the cement industry, detailing technological advances in key areas such as pretreatment, co-processing, and intelligent control. By integrating the industrial practices of Sinoma International Environment Engineering (Beijing) Co., Ltd., it explores the construction and practical outcomes of a full-industry-chain service model. Research indicates that the comprehensive utilization of AFR has become the most effective pathway for the green and low-carbon transformation of the cement industry, while also generating significant environmental and social benefits, demonstrating broad prospects for development.
