      电子设备在生产过程中需要用到氢氟酸刻蚀,对氢氟酸废液处置过程中产生氟化钙污泥,利用水泥工业对其进行无害化和资源化利用具有一定的可行性,尤其是替代硫铝酸盐水泥,能够大幅减少生产成本。研究结果表明:随着氟化钙污泥掺量的增加,硫铝酸盐水泥的标准稠度用水量提升,在8%掺量时增大幅度最明显,增大了24.4%,胶砂流动性则显著降低,在8%掺量时降低了29.3%。会延长凝结时间,减少水化放热温度,在掺量不大于2%时可以制备满足标准要求的硫铝酸盐水泥水泥。F和重金属被有效固化,不存在浸出超标的风险。证明氟化钙污泥有用作硫铝酸盐水泥中混合材的可行性,能够实现氟化钙污泥的无害化处置和资源化利用。
英文摘要:
      Hydrofluoric acid etching is required in the production process of electronic devices, and calcium fluoride sludge is generated during the disposal of hydrofluoric acid waste liquid. It is feasible to use the cement to harmless and resource utilize it, especially as a substitute for sulfoaluminate cement, which greatly reduce production costs. The research results showed that with the increase of calcium fluoride sludge dosage, the standard consistency water consumption of sulfoaluminate cement increased, and the increase was most significant at 8% dosage, with an increase of 24.4%. The flowability of the binder decreased significantly, with a decrease of 29.3% at 8% dosage. It could prolong the setting time, reduce the hydration heat release temperature, and prepare sulfoaluminate cement that met the standard requirements when the dosage was not more than 2%. F and heavy metals were effectively solidified, and there was no risk of leaching exceeding the standard. Proved the feasibility of calcium fluoride sludge as a admixture in sulfoaluminate cement, which achieve the harmless disposal and resource utilization of calcium fluoride sludge.
