| 为解决 LT 水泥公司新线投产后水泥粉磨产能不足问题，利用闲置原生料立磨（ZJTL3840 型）进行水泥磨生产改造。本文介绍了利用原生料粉磨系统生产水泥的工艺流程、主要设备参数，对比生料与水泥立磨的设计及工艺差异，指出原生料立磨经改造可满足水泥粉磨需求。试生产中出现立磨振动大、产品细度细且比表面积低等问题，通过分析原因，针对性改造脱硫石膏下料口、选粉机粗粉下料管、进料管等，并优化操作参数。改造后试生产验证，磨机运行平稳，水泥质量达标，仅耗资 2 万元，年盈利可达 625 万元，为闲置生料立磨再利用提供思路。 |

| To address the issue of insufficient cement grinding capacity after the commissioning of the new production line at LT Cement Company， the idle raw material vertical mill （ZJTL3840 model） was utilized for cement mill production renovation. This article introduces the process flow and main equipment parameters for producing cement using the raw material grinding system. By comparing the design and process differences between raw material and cement vertical mills， it is pointed out that the raw material vertical mill can meet the cement grinding requirements after renovation. During the trial production， issues such as large vibration of the vertical mill， fine product fineness， and low specific surface area were encountered. Through analyzing the causes， targeted renovations were carried out on the desulfurized gypsum feeding port， powder concentrator coarse powder feeding tube， and feeding tube， and the operating parameters were optimized. After the renovation， the trial production verified that the mill operated smoothly， the cement quality met standards， and the cost was only 200000 yuan， with an annual profit of up to 6.25 million yuan. This provides ideas for the reuse of idle raw material vertical mills. |
