      针对安徽某地安山岩(BW安山岩)机制砂存在的混凝土流动性差、坍落度损失大等问题,本研究从残留絮凝剂和安山岩岩性两方面展开系统性试验。通过对比不同絮凝剂掺量下胶砂流动度的变化,发现絮凝剂含量超过0.001 562 5‰时显著降低混凝土流动性;清水洗涤可提升流动度11.18%。结合XRD和XRF分析,BW安山岩中云母等层状硅酸盐矿物含量与流动度损失呈显著负相关,当云母含量达22.28%时,混凝土完全失去流动性。研究表明,骨料中残留絮凝剂和云母类矿物含量是导致混凝土外加剂适应性不良的重要原因。

      In response to the issues of poor concrete fluidity and significant slump loss in machine-made sand from andesite (BW andesite) in a certain region of Anhui Province, this study conducted systematic experiments from two aspects: residual flocculants and andesite lithology. By comparing the changes in mortar fluidity under different flocculant dosages, it was found that when the flocculant content exceeded 0.001 562 5‰, concrete fluidity was significantly reduced; washing with clean water could improve fluidity by 11.18%. Combined with XRD and XRF analysis, it was observed that the content of layered silicate minerals such as mica in BW andesite was significantly negatively correlated with fluidity loss, and when the mica content reached 22.28%, concrete completely lost its fluidity. The study indicates that the residual flocculants and mica-type mineral content in aggregates are important factors leading to poor adaptability of concrete admixtures.
