| Through on-site surveys and analysis, our company has implemented partial technical upgrades to various components, including the C1 discharge pipe, outlet duct, dispersion plate, airlock valve, kiln fan, air compressor, and pipeline network of the kiln system. With a total investment of 2 million yuan, the modifications achieved the following results: A reduction of 7 ℃ in the C1 outlet temperature,A decrease of 0.6 kg/t in clinker standard coal consumption,A reduction of 2.12 kWh/t in clinker comprehensive power consumption。These improvements generate an annual profit of 1.07 million yuan, with a payback period of 1.87 years, demonstrating significant effectiveness. |
