      本文以葛洲坝水泥的氯灰与 M32.5、P·O42.5 级水泥为研究对象,通过检测氯灰成分及水泥与氯灰的氯离子含量,按不同掺比(0~0.25%)将氯灰外掺至水泥中,检验水泥物理与化学性能。结果表明:氯灰掺量增加使水泥 Cl⁻含量逐步上升,与理论计算值接近;掺比 0.15% 时,Cl⁻含量接近国标限值,且对两种水泥的凝结时间、强度等核心性能无显著负面影响。生产中需通过中控与质检联动把控掺量,低碱及高标号水泥需避免掺加氯灰,该研究为氯灰资源化利用提供了依据。

      This paper takes the chlorine ash and M32.5, P·O42.5 grade cement from China Gezhouba Group Cement Co., Ltd. as the research objects. By detecting the components of chlorine ash and the chloride ion content of cement and chlorine ash, and adding chlorine ash to cement at different mixing ratios(0~0.25%),the physical and chemical properties of cement were tested. The results showed that the increase in chlorine ash content gradually increased the Cl⁻ content of cement, which was close to the theoretical calculation value; when the mixing ratio was 0.15%, the Cl⁻ content was close to the national standard limit, and there was no significant negative impact on the core properties of both cements, such as setting time and strength. In production, the mixing ratio needs to be controlled through the linkage of central control and quality inspection. Low-alkali and high-grade cement should avoid adding chlorine ash. This study provides a basis for the resource utilization of chlorine ash.
