| 磷尾矿和萤石尾渣均可作为矿化剂用于水泥熟料生产,文章对比了磷尾矿和萤石尾渣使用前后熟料质量的变化情况,综合考虑二者的使用条件和影响因素,选择了更适合工厂实际的固废进行生料配料,达到了降低配料成本,提高固废资源利用率的目的,且熟料结粒得到改善、实物煤耗有所降低、熟料早期强度得到提高。 |

| Both phosphorus tailings and fluorite tailings can be used as mineralizers in cement clinker production. This article compares the changes in clinker quality before and after the application of phosphorus tailings and fluorite tailings. Taking into comprehensive consideration their usage conditions and influencing factors, the more suitable product for actual plant conditions was selected for raw meal proportioning. This approach achieved the goals of reducing proportioning costs, improving the utilization rate of solid waste resources, enhancing clinker nodulization, lowering actual coal consumption, and increasing the early strength of clinker. |
