| 我公司生料均化库底原采用集中供风方式,由 1 台罗茨风机为库内充气箱、下料斜槽及下料中心点统一供气。因下料中心及斜槽气流阻力最小,充气箱供气压力不足;同时,循环下料自动控制程序不满足现场实际生产需求,最终造成生料粉流动性差。通过对下料中心和斜槽实施单独供气改造,提高充气箱的供气压力;同时优化控制程序,调整循环方式及时间,显著改善生料均化效果。 |

| Our company's raw material homogenization silo originally employed a centralized air supply method, where a single Roots blower provided air to the silo's inflation box, discharge chute, and discharge center point.Due to the minimal airflow resistance in the discharge center and chute, the inflation box experienced insufficient air supply pressure. Additionally, the automatic control program for cyclic discharge did not meet the actual production needs on site, ultimately resulting in poor fluidity of the raw meal powder. By implementing separate air supply modifications to the discharge center and chute, the air supply pressure of the inflation box was increased. Simultaneously, the control program was optimized, and the circulation method and time were adjusted, significantly improving the homogenization effect of the raw meal. |
