      本文首先介绍了机制砂的应用前景,现有几种制砂工艺的情况及不足,在此基础上详细介绍了TRMA31.3机制砂立磨的开发设计情况:包括解决机制砂立磨物料流速快和成品磨内粒度分布的问题,设备选型依据,悬浮挡料圈结构设计,摇臂和磨盘等关键部件的有限元分析,模块化设计及球墨铸铁的应用,最后介绍了 TRMA 31.3机制砂立磨在山东某骨料生产线制砂系统中运行情况,实现中砂稳定生产和对关键参数分析。
英文摘要:
      This article first introduces the application prospects of manufactured sand, the current status and limitations of several existing sand production processes. Based on this, it elaborates on the development and design of the TRMA31.3 vertical roller mill for manufactured sand. Including addressing the issues of high material flow velocity in the vertical mill for machine-made sand and particle size distribution within the finished product mill. The equipment selection criteria, structural design of the suspended retaining ring, finite element analysis of critical components such as the rocker arm and grinding disc, modular design, and the application of ductile iron are discussed in detail. Finally, the operational performance of the TRMA31.3 vertical roller mill for manufactured sand in an aggregate production line in Shandong is presented, highlighting the stable production of medium sand and an analysis of key parameters.
