      针对我公司 MLS3626 生料磨系统工序电耗高(18 kWh/t )的问题,分析石灰石粒径大、磨内料层厚、三道锁风阀与排渣口漏风率达 21%、管道压损大及工艺参数控制不精细等是主要原因。通过分步调整石灰石破碎机筛网至 400mm、降低挡料圈高度并改造衬板、将三道锁风阀与排渣口分别改为密封喂料器和排渣阀、扩径管道降阻及精细化控制工艺参数,系统电耗降至 13.3 kWh/t,改造效果良好。

      In response to the high power consumption issue (18 kWh/t) of our company's MLS3626 raw material grinding system process, the main reasons were analyzed to be the large particle size of limestone, thick material layer inside the mill, air leakage rate of 21% at the three airlock valves and slag discharge outlets, high pressure loss in pipelines, and imprecise control of process parameters. By adjusting the limestone crusher screen to 40 mm, reducing the height of the retaining ring and modifying the lining plate, replacing the three airlock valves and slag discharge outlets with sealed feeders and slag discharge valves respectively, expanding the pipeline diameter to reduce resistance, and precisely controlling process parameters, the system power consumption was reduced to 13.3 kWh/t, and the transformation effect was good.
