| 千业水泥公司5 000 t/d新型干法生产线配套Φ4.2 m×13 m球磨机及CLF170-100型辊压机组成的闭路粉磨系统2024年5月出现了出磨细度变粗,磨机台时产量下降现象。文章分析了系统存在的问题,针对辊压机侧挡板处漏料问题,设计制作了新侧挡板,针对V型选粉机布料不均问题,增加了两道打散装置,新增输送装置,将辊压机产生的细粉直接输送至成品库。改造后磨机运行稳定,成品水泥质量显著提高,磨机台时较改造前提高了10 t/h,水泥综合电耗降低1 kWh/t。 |

| The 5 000 t/d new dry-process production line of Qianye Cement Company is equipped with a closed-circuit grinding system consisting of a Φ4.2 m × 13 m ball mill and a CLF170-100 roller press. In May 2024, the system experienced issues such as coarser product fineness and a decrease in mill throughput. This article analyzes the problems in the system. In response to material leakage at the side baffle of the roller press, a new side baffle was designed and installed. To address uneven material distribution in the V-type separator, two additional dispersion devices were added. Furthermore, a new conveying system was installed to directly transport fine powder generated by the roller press to the finished product storage. After the modifications, the mill operates stably, and the quality of the finished cement has significantly improved. The mill throughput increased by 10 t/h compared to before the modification, and the comprehensive power consumption of cement production decreased by 1 kWh/t. |
