| 我公司对二线 4 500 t/d 熟料生产线进行富氧燃烧技改,采用深度冷冻制氧助燃技术,新增富氧制备系统及专用燃烧器,以 35.5%~36.5% 浓度富氧替代相关风源。投运后,熟料日均产量提升 885 t,预热器出口温度下降 70 ℃,吨熟料标煤耗降 9.5 kg,年减 5 万余吨 CO₂等污染物,年收益 1 095 万元,2 年可收回 2 500 万元投资。同时针对窑皮掉落、喂煤波动等问题采取调整措施,还规划拓展富氧应用,为水泥行业节能降碳提供参考。 |

| The company has carried out a technical transformation of oxygen-enriched combustion for its second-line 4,500 t/d clinker production line, adopting deep-freezing oxygen generation and combustion-supporting technology, adding an oxygen enrichment preparation system and a dedicated burner, and replacing relevant air sources with oxygen-enriched air at a concentration of 35.5% to 36.5%. After commissioning, the daily average output of clinker increased by 885 t, the outlet temperature of the preheater decreased by 70 ℃, the standard coal consumption per ton of clinker decreased by 9.5 kg, and the annual reduction of pollutants such as CO₂ exceeded 50 000 t, resulting in an annual benefit of 10.95 million yuan. The investment of 25 million yuan can be recovered in 2 years. At the same time, adjustment measures have been taken to address issues such as kiln coating falling off and coal feeding fluctuations. Furthermore, plans are being made to expand the application of oxygen enrichment, providing a reference for energy conservation and carbon reduction in the cement industry. |
