| 本文以中材安徽水泥有限公司150 t/d市政污泥(含水率60%)水泥窑协同处置项目为例,研究以衍生燃料制备为核心的市政污泥协同处置技术的可行性。实践表明,采用衍生燃料制备的市政污泥水泥窑协同处置工艺可在不影响熟料产量的前提下,保障窑系统稳定运行。该工艺生产的熟料质量合格且重金属含量达标,同时利用水泥窑的高温实现了污泥稳定化与无害化处理,有效提升了污泥资源化利用价值。经济性方面,项目在正常运营后成本合理,并可通过降低燃煤消耗实现可观收益,展现出良好的盈利能力。环境效益方面,该工程年处理污泥4.8万t,有效减少填埋占地与二次污染,显著降低碳排放,符合国家碳减排战略目标。 |

| This study takes the 150 t/d municipal sludge (with 60% moisture content) co-processing project at Sinoma Anhui Cement Co., Ltd. as an example to explore the feasibility of municipal sludge co-processing technology centered on derived fuel preparation. Practical results demonstrate that the sludge co-processing technology, utilizing derived fuel preparation, ensures stable operation of the kiln system without affecting clinker production. The clinker produced meets quality standards with compliant heavy metal content, while the high-temperature environment of the cement kiln facilitates sludge stabilization and harmless treatment, effectively enhancing the resource utilization value of sludge. Economically, the project operates at a reasonable cost after normal operation and achieves significant benefits by reducing coal consumption, demonstrating strong profitability. In terms of environmental benefits, the project processes 48 000 tons of sludge annually, effectively reducing landfill occupancy and secondary pollution while significantly cutting carbon emissions, aligning with national carbon reduction strategic goals. |
