      为了达到水泥窑炉烟气NOx排放(标况下)小于50 mg/m3及NH3逃逸小于5 mg/m3的超低排放要求,必须采用高效的催化还原技术(SCR)。文章介绍了SCR脱硝机理及催化剂制备,详细分析了水泥窑炉烟气SCR脱硝工艺布置及装备,并以一国际水泥公司所属水泥生产线配套建设中低温中尘SCR脱硝塔为例,进行水泥窑炉烟气SCR脱硝工程项目建设分析讨论。

      To achieve the ultra-low emission requirements of NOx emissions less than 50 mg/m³ (under standard conditions) and NH3 slip less than 5 mg/m³ for cement kiln flue gas, it is essential to adopt highly efficient selective catalytic reduction (SCR) technology. This article introduces the mechanism of SCR denitration and the preparation of catalysts, provides a detailed analysis of the process layout and equipment for SCR denitration in cement kiln flue gas, and discusses the engineering construction of SCR denitration for cement kiln flue gas by taking the example of a medium-low temperature, medium-dust SCR denitration tower built in conjunction with a cement production line of an international cement company.
