广东某建材公司的湿法制砂工艺中产生大量无法直接排放的含泥废水,为进一步改善废水处理工况,需结合水洗砂性质对市面上所售絮凝剂产品进行性能择优,并基于浑浊度开展絮凝沉降模拟实验。通过对比分析发现,市面所售絮凝剂差异性较大,对于该湿法制砂工艺而言,需尽量选择分子量大、烧失量高以及氯化钠残留低的絮凝剂产品,在投放前需结合絮凝沉降模拟实验来对絮凝剂进行综合评价。 |

In the washed-out sand process of a Guangdong-based building materials company, a large amount of muddy wastewater is generated that cannot be directly discharged. To further improve the wastewater treatment conditions, it is necessary to optimize the performance of commercially available flocculants based on the properties of washed sand, and carry out flocculation sedimentation simulation experiments based on turbidity. Through comparative analysis, it was found that there are significant differences among the commercially available anionic polyacrylamides. For this wet sand making process, it is necessary to preferentially select flocculants with high molecular weight, high loss on ignition, and low sodium chloride residue, and conduct a comprehensive evaluation of flocculants through flocculation sedimentation simulation experiments before application. |
