| 针对传统运维模式中业务与数据标准化不足、系统适配度低、数据孤岛等问题，构建 “战略-业务-数据” 三位一体指标体系，设计 “区域中心 + 工厂节点” 的功能、技术、多租户及网络架构，整合 “云大物移智链边” 技术。平台通过远程辅助巡检、数据驱动的备件需求预测与库存优化等，实现生产运维全流程标准化，推动海外水泥运维业务向 “数据密集型” 转型。 |

| Addressing issues such as insufficient standardization of business and data, low system adaptability, and data silos in traditional operation and maintenance models, a three-in-one indicator system of "strategy-business-data" is constructed. The functional, technical, multi-tenant, and network architectures of "regional center + factory node" are designed, integrating "cloud, big data, IoT, mobile, intelligent, chain, edge" technologies. The platform achieves standardization of the entire production operation and maintenance process through remote assisted inspections, data-driven spare parts demand forecasting, and inventory optimization, promoting the transformation of overseas cement operation and maintenance business towards a "data-intensive" model. |
