| 水泥窑余热发电热源不稳定负荷波动频繁,导致凝汽器水位波动。通过分析广西某5 000 t/d水泥生产线窑炉烟气温度波动特性与凝汽器水位的关系,提出一种多设备协同控制优化方法,为已投产企业提供低成本、易实现的控制方案,实现提高自动化水平,降低操作人员工作强度的目的。 |

| The unstable load fluctuation of the heat source for cement kiln waste heat power generation leads to fluctuations in the water level of the condenser. By analyzing the relationship between the temperature fluctuation characteristics of the flue gas in a 5 000 t/d cement production line kiln in Guangxi and the water level of the condenser, a multi device collaborative control optimization method is proposed to provide low-cost and easy to implement control solutions for already put into operation enterprises, achieve the goal of improving automation level and reducing the workload of operators. |
