      本文介绍了水泥行业传统保温耐火材料(硅酸铝纤维、玻璃纤维、岩棉、硅酸钙绝热材料、耐火砖)的性能及应用,重点阐述新型保温材料(纳米隔热材料、低导热耐火砖)的特性及实际应用效果,某水泥厂分解炉用纳米隔热板替代硅酸钙板后,外壳温度从 140 ℃降至 78 ℃,散热损失从 44.83 kJ/kg 减至 15.05 kJ/kg;Φ4.8 m×72 m 回转窑采用低导热莫来石复合砖后,表面温度降低 50~60 ℃,散热损失减少 22.67 kJ/kg。结果表明,新型保温耐火材料可显著降低回转窑表面温度和散热损失,效果良好。
英文摘要:
      This article introduces the properties and applications of traditional thermal insulation refractory materials (alumina silicate fiber, glass fiber, rock wool, calcium silicate insulation material, refractory brick) in the cement industry, with a focus on the characteristics and practical application effects of new thermal insulation materials (nano-thermal insulation materials, low thermal conductivity refractory bricks). After a cement plant replaced calcium silicate boards with nano-thermal insulation boards in its decomposing furnace, the shell temperature dropped from 140 ℃ to 78 ℃, and the heat loss decreased from 44.83 kJ/kg to 15.05 kJ/kg. After a Φ4.8 m×72 m rotary kiln adopted low thermal conductivity mullite composite bricks, the surface temperature decreased by 50~60 ℃, and the heat loss reduced by 22.67 kJ/kg. The results indicate that the new type of thermal insulation refractory material can significantly reduce the surface temperature and heat loss of the rotary kiln, demonstrating good performance.
