葛洲坝水泥一条4 800 t/d熟料水泥生产线第四代步进式篦冷机在调试运行初期运行不太稳定,生产波动大。对此采取了改善固定篦床的有效透风面积,检查修复篦床内部漏风点,清理篦板通风孔并从源头强化空气过滤效果,优化熟料配料等优化措施。通过对篦冷机局部优化调整,提高了篦冷机热回收效率和回转窑的二、三次风温且解决了篦冷机操作困难和能耗高等问题。 |

During the initial commissioning and operation phase of the central roller-type fourth-generation grate cooler on the 4 800 t/d clinker cement production line at Gezhouba Cement, the operation was unstable with significant production fluctuations. To address this, optimization measures were implemented, including:improving the effective ventilation area of the fixed grate bed, calibrating fan airflow, inspecting and repairing air leakage points inside the grate bed, clearing ventilation holes in the grate plates and enhancing air filtration effectiveness at the source, optimizing the clinker raw mix formulation.Through these partial optimization adjustments to the grate cooler, the heat recovery efficiency of the cooler was enhanced. Consequently, the secondary and tertiary air temperatures for the rotary kiln steadily increased, and resolved issues such as operational difficulties and high energy consumption associated with the grate cooler. |
